WHAT IS
INOVABRA CLUSTERS

An internal innovation program, which has more than 100 employees dedicated​ in the areas of business. They are skilled people from specific training backgrounds, who​ interact through various methodologies, the main of which being design thinking, i.e. creating and generating innovative solutions for the challenges of businesses. These teams also work and collaborate with external startups that test their innovative solutions with real clients, through the program of​ inovabra startups.

Aims to generate innovations in products, services, forms of hiring and use, risk calculation and new business models for all lines of insurance.

Means of payment

Aims to create and promote solutions in the form of channels for electronic payments, services and consumer credit, through the identification of new opportunities and the integration between bank and merchant.

Products

Aims to generate new business models, new ways of marketing and new products and services for Loans, Financing, Investments, Payment Solutions, Receipts and Cash Flow Control, both for Individuals and Legal Entities.

BackOffice

The BackOffice innovation center seeks innovative solutions that can fulfill the BackOffice activities effectively, transforming manual interventions into automated ones securely, quickly and with quality, as well as making them available in the digital channels.
